Hollywood bets cashsend Absa no money after 3weeks sickening

Hi I did a cashsend withdrawal from my Hollywood bets account on the 7june 2023 .Still no payment received of R100. I checked my withdrawal status it still shows pending why I did FICA.Same day I withdraw again but choose standard banks ATM system I did receive that money but no money from ABSA.They don't even have reverse your money back after 48 hours into your Hollywood bets account

Why don't Hollywood bets reply it's since 6june 2023 that I withdraw money from my account via Absa cashsend even Absa don't even reply it's still shows pending from Absa please help I really need to get that money today.
