Hollywood bets can't provide proof , proving that they Lie CHEAT AND ROB their clients

It's been almost 3 weeks now since hollywoodbets openly in broad day light ****** my brother inlaw and I of winning bets that amounted to R7200. The bets were placed on their lucky numbers games platform at on the 5:02 on 26th Jan and the draw wasto take place at 10:00 that same morning. The numbers we chose came in and the result was a win of 7200 rand half past twelve that afternoon the bets were still saying g pending with no final result , then suddenly were labeled as cancelledand the wagered amounts were returned to my brother inlaws playing account . When u enquired why the bets were cancelled and by who they were canceled they say they would investigate and give me a response .

A week ago I got a response from Mr Warren Ndlovu from Holly bets stated the following: Answer for first one; The tickets were cancelled because they were late bets. Answer to question two; The tickets were cancelled by the system, system is not manually operated, if you place a bet the system accepts or declines your bets. Answer to question three; Your bets were cancelled because the Australia Powa Numbers draw was shift back to 26/01/2023 02:25am. It played earlier before 10:00am hence why it said (Late Bet). I then told him he is speaking B.S because firstly if the Draws had taken place earlier the system should have not accepted my bets and canceled the bets immediately and flagged them as late and notified me that the draw took place already.

I requested time dated stamps from their system providing me with the following :

1. When the bets were placed 2. The time they were cancelled , who and why they were cancelled. 3. Proof stating what Mr Warren Ndlovu is saying is true , until today Hollywood bets cannot provide my brother inlaw and I nothing , but everything we require is on their system????

Why ???? Because what I'm accussing them off is "True" they cancel player bets , don't update balances correctly and deduct more then the wagered bet on their slots games ( of which I have video footage) and cheat clients just how they want to and when they want to "AND GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE THE NGB(National Gaming Board) WHO I HAVE COMPLAINED TO ALSO DONT DO ANYTHING" h h Hollywoodbets.net is a bunch of *******, ******s and ******** and till today haven't been able to prove otherwise ...

DISHONESTY RUNS THROUGH THE CORE OF THAT BUSINESSEVEN THE EMPLOYEES WILL LIE AND CHEAT TO COVER THEIR BACKSIDES.
