Hollywood Bets - Blocking My Withdrawals Acc No: ***

Hollywood Bets in s taking their time resolve the issue that I can't withdraw my money. They said I must send the selfie holding my ID book/Card to ***. I did that on the 1st week, they responded that the selfie has been saved and I can now request withdrawals l, but I stil experienced the same issue. This week I went to the same process and still I received the email again saying selfie hs been saved I can request withdrawals, still I am getting a declined message again requesting me to send selfie. I then called them and the lady who assisted me Samkelisiwe told me the selfie is saved but now I have to wait for them to calll to grant me access to withdraw with my number. I really feel like this guys are blocking me to withdraw my money and this nonsense. She told me I can't call them for them to allow me to withdraw instead I have to wait for them to call me.
