Hollywood bets birthday gift ****

So they sent me a SMS buy a R100 and get a R50 gift for my Birthday no T&C . When I want to play the R50 now T&C kicks in . So how do you give people gifts but want them to spend it how you want them to spend it, on events that doesn't make money. If that's your way of promoting then you guys suck .

So the escalation team contacted me . So I ask if she knows what a **** is she said yes even by explaining we both understood what a **** is . So I ask if there's a solution? No they'll escalate the situation. So if there's no floor manager on site today , then who you escalating to ? The ****mers ? Who are you escalating to?
