Hollywood Bets bad service and experience.

Hollywood Bets has become a nightmare, I loaded beneficiary with my bank using account number ,THIS IS NOW THE SECOND TIME THEY SAY MY FUNDS ARE NOT IN THE ACCOUNT, after using this method countless times without any issues, I have to go to bank and get statement POP waiting up to two hours in line as a working class South African which is completely unacceptable and using this service is pointless , what is the point of using apps and beneficiaries regarding efficient service, to top it off *********** staff at call centre, PATHETIC!!!
