Hollywood bets bad service

I have experienced bad service with the withdrawal of my winnings. I was told to upload my FICA documents after being told to submit them but I haven't received any response to this day. My money is still reflecting on my hollywood account but I don't have access to it. The hollywood bets customer service is really bad.
