Hollywood bets BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/*****/NGB LODGED QUERY

Firstly I have a very bad review on Hollywood. A loyal customer that plays on Hollywood bets daily. Hollywood bets told me I have 2 accounts open. The account I have been using since day one, they decided to close with a balance of +R3404. I have spoken to 2 supervisors namely Fikile and Sudesh and both of them gave me 2 different ref numbers for my query. I have been struggling to get my money form Hollywood bets since Monday 2 December. Today it is 9 December and still I am being told to allow 24-48 hours which is wrong. I won that money. I don't want anything form Hollywood bets, I just want what is mine and for them to assist their players correctly and have honesty. Instead they give you templated responses and as soon as you demand to speak to a manager, they drop the chat on you.

Up until today, I am looking for help to get my money transferred into my account. Hollywood bets, please train your contact center agents to treat customers with excellent service.
