HOLLYWOOD BETS AVIATOR GAME ,,,, A RIPOFF

I have been playing the Aviator game and have been cashing out but receiving a message saying "something went wrong" and my money is taken. I have contacted HW bets on numerous occasions and shown them proof yet nothing is done, they make u jump through hoops to explain what happened but they take no responsibility in refunding. This has happened to many people as seen by comments on their FB page.
