Hollywood bets are *******

After winning i did an EFT of R3000 an R500 (winnings) They did not do the transfer and stated my banking details was invalid. I asked for a reversal of monies back into my account which they did for R2000. I asked for the balance and they kept stating they reversed it and it cannot be seen on their statement and to date a week later no feedback as to where is my R1500 winnings. They are a bunch of ******* and must be reported to the gambling board.
