Hollywood bets are the worst

I had the worst assistance from the Hollywood call Centre.... Im trying to with draw funds from my Hollywood bets account.... I've been a able to for the past 3 days.... When calling for assistance I was told that I have to use 65% of what is in my account in order to make a with drawal.... I told the lady I never had this problem before... She told me it's in the terns and conditions when I re checked the terms and conditions... It's stats nothing like that.... Why have a call Centre to help yet we speak to rude, impatient. *********** workers
