Hollywood Bets are ****mers!!!!!!!

Hollywood Bets are refusing to allow me to withdraw my funds. I had won a substantial amount of money 6 days ago on Hollywood Bets. I withdrew the entire amount directly into my bank account. A few hours later I received a sms informing me that withdrawal was declined due to a "withdrawal against a deposit". This is not the case as I am aware of and carried out the withdrawal procedures as specified in the Hollywood Bets withdrawal regulations.

After contacting and emailing HollywoodBets support, I was notified to send a copy of my ID, photo of myself and ID and a copy of the voucher purchase thereafter I would have access to my account within 48 hours. Two days later I followed up and the HB agent then proceeded to tell me that there was an audit carried out on my account which was randomly selected being that February is HB’s financial year end and this is just standard practices that has to be carried out. I was then requested, to which I argued, that my bank statements be emailed through. Without sending my bank statements, I was informed by the agent that I would not be able to access my account. Again, I was told that my account would be open within 48 hours.

Two days later, still no access in to my account, I spoke to a team leader in hopes of a quicker result. After explaining the situation and actions, I was told by the team leader that HB agents would never request bank statements and denied that this would ever happen. To add, the team leader then proceeded to inform me that the reason for closing my account was due to suspicious behaviour in my account. All I can see for myself is the suspicious behaviour, lies and delays carried out by HollywoodBets. I have spoken to atleast 10 agents over the last 6 days with no consistency and really any real reasoning for closing my account and preventing me from withdrawing my funds.

There is one telephone number, one email address and the so called department that handles these cases & investigations do not have a contact number, email address or even a name. The supporting agents play dumb or just dont have a clue and neither does the team leader. Too many stories, suspicious requests, no feed back given, all smoke & mirrors. A terrible origination of ********s handling peoples money. All I want to do is draw my funds from my account and never use Hollywood Bets ever again.
