Hollywood bets are ****** and incomplete

I withdraw money from Hollywood on the 7th of August and I never received it.. I then Lost my phone I texted them on the 9th alerting them that I ain't got money yet they said I'd receive it the next day... I requested them to reverse it back into my account it's been a run around since the 9th .. The consultants are clueless about stuff I had to take screenshots of what I'm talking about ...8 days later I'm yet to receive my money
