Hollywood bets are a bunch of Rogues!!

2nd review. Money was withdrawn from Hollywood account on the 4th of Jan, and it did not get deposited to my bank account. After speaking to an agent, they said my bank was offline it will take 24 to 48 hours, it's been 9 days and still no funds!!! The last agent I spoke to said that technicians are working on the issue and will get back to me! Everytime I call, I need to wait in the queue and costs me alot of money for airtime also. Pathetic to say the least. Not even a courtesy call for management or a reply!
