Hollywood Bets and the ABSA Cash Send issue

I requested ABSA cash send withdrawals on 3 different occasions. 03 April (R200 *** 166058) and 06 April ( R200 *** + R200 ***). It remains on "Pending bank verification". After phoning, sending e-mails, I was told everyday that there is a problem with ABSA cash send and the supervisor goes to the withdrawal department and then there is no feedback. Low and behold, after the tenth supervisor visit today, 26 April, the supervisor comes back to say that according to the withdrawal department the Cash sends have been redeemed and that I must now query at ABSA. ***? Does Hollywood really expect me, after all the calls and e-mails to go to ABSA to query a payout when THEY have issues with ABSA cash send? Why do they not block this withdrawal method on their website? It's is not about the R600, but the principle of fairness. Think I must stick to World Sports Betting as they have less hassles.
