Hollywood bets a **** and completely rigged

Most unhelpful staff lazy cut you off refuse to even try to help extremely obnoxious and rude after spending thousands I finally get a break and win a decent amount what happens , same as always suddenly there is no signal. Strange there is always signal when my money gets taken. I've lost hundreds of rands with Hollywood bets refusing to pay my winnings. I've even got video footage showing how the game freezes. Unfreezes to take my money even though I didn't even place that bet. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed. Yes it's a gamble but when I do win I expect to get paid
