Hollywood bets

Hi I made a withdrawal via ABSA cashsend and when I went to withdraw the money at the atm, it didn’t come out instead a slip came out stating that the money has been reversed. I logged in a complaint with Hollywood bets and they told me to wait 24-48 hours. 4 days has passed still nothing and I decided to go to their instead they made me call customer care still no assistance they asked me to wait 24 hours. 24 hours has passed still I haven’t received my R3000. They have no sense of urgency at all. It’s almost a week and I haven’t received my money
