Hollywood bets

Some time ago I played numbers I always write my numbers and tick as I play to indicate that I have played the numbers. I played over 30 sets of numbers and more than once all numbers will be there but the winning numbers will be removed as if I did not play them, on the 26th I played 4,44,45 I was suppose to win but to my surprise the ticket was no where to be found, I have also been told to email, attach FICA docs which I did countless times my account is still not FICA and I can't withdraw my winnings, I also deposited R100 early this month and it did not reflect I reported and nothing was done. Is there anyway we can all come together and take legal action against Hollywoodbets.
