Hollywood bets

I am not happy at all,and I see I am not the only client that feels this way.... I dont know what is happening with hollywoodbets but its not same experience like it used to be..Are they making to much money now and not really caring about there clients? I am depositing all the time but not winning and it was not like this in the beginning!!!! And it does not make any diffrence on what phone or provider I am using the games take for ever to load and when it is open eventually it spins very slow and I honestly think it is unreasonable and unfair to your clients....
