Hollywood Bets

My name is Bianca Buys, my boyfriend Kevin Jamal da Gama bought a R20 voucher and play Hollywood bets on the 14 March, he won R500 and did a withdrawal into my bank account, which is African Bank. The day of checking for the money to reflect, nothing instead Hollywood bets took R500 on the 16 March and never refund my money and also did pay the R500 that he won into my account.

I had called numerous times for the same complaint till to date no response. They had requested I sent proof of payment which i sent to them via email. Still to date, no response. I feel this is unfair towards me having to call and request the supervisor of which he never returned my call.
