17 Nov 2025, 09:07I have been hearing that response for 3 weeks. They kept saying their escalating with no result. This is just an automated response, I am tired now , I have called, chat, emailed but still is escalated. They do not attend to customer queries and their staff is all useless. they don't fix just escalate to a ghost.
