Hollywood bet is the worst Gambling company full of ******

I am really disappointed with Hollywood bets I had a withdrawal made with Absa cash send on the and I only received 16th of November 2023. I have been calling their call centre left and right as I only received the access code pin no voucher number all the agents I've spoken keep on saying we are sending the voucher number and they tried to reverse my winning nothing has been done till today. Hollywood bet is my worst experience of gambling they are ****** .The complain department just keep on saying the complain has been escalated.
