Hollywood bet bad customer service

ive used lots of online casinos but this is bad customer service very bad worse horrible ive cashed out a 700 rand via cash send it shows pending bank approval i called 10 times emailed 20 times all they do is lie im still waiting its been a week i had a similar problem with a other casino the same day i called with in a hour my money was paid ill post this all over pay my money what is owed to me this really upsetting it feels like im being conned of my own money i deposit a lot of money never a problem to take if theirs any help please
