Hollywood Bet

Ive taken a bet for R11k and won and had the money in my account . Hollywood Bet then went and reversed the bet and changed the status of the bet to pending instead of won and that reversed the funds to a negative balance (because I had withdrawn the funds but then Hollywood bet declined the transaction to my bank account like 4 hours later). The R11k was in my account until they reversed it and took it from my hollywood bet account

Ive called them and queried it and they told me they made an error on the system and only realised this 12 hours later. So I asked for the correct odds and they havent come up with what the correct odds were . I have this entire conversation recorded as proof !

My questions are : - How do you determine what are correct odds and what are not ? You cannot just change something 12 hours later and decide it was incorrect . - How are double chance odds calculated ? - why is the game marked as abandoned now when I check my ticket?
