Hollywood bad service

I am not happy at all with this bad customer service I encountered with Hollywood

I deposited an amount of 5000 was given bonus of 750 I played and won my self 1300 when I tried to withdraw the amount it was declined and I contacted Hollywood after sending emails with no response or whatsoever used my own airtime to contact and got a service from the worst consultant you is less trained of what his doing ....either way was told I need to use 60 percent of deposited amount of which 5000 was deposited and I had won back 1300 in total was now 6300 ..so I played to get to this ridiculous 60 percent ....till I reached 3400 cause I'm forcely told to play even though winners really know when to stop . Tried to withdraw this 3400 after 24 hrs of sending request I get the attached SMS ....when I get to my account I have 1750 and I didn't play ....I need someone to just get back to me with this ******** treatment and return my money who gives you a right to take 1650 from my account without my concern .....and with no clear clarity or explanation of this ridiculous treatment ....I need response by 12:00 tomorrow I work for a media company and will take this further if no positive feedback is coming out of this.
