Hollywood as a company. Massive disappointment
Attempted a deposit using Ozow. Which hung for about a minute while the funds were taken of my account. The amount failed to reflect in my Hollywoodbets account
For a R15 deposit. A screenshot of the transaction of my bank account as well as a stamped pdf proof of payment failed to be sufficient. I was asked for a bank statement thereafter - unfortunately TymeBank doesn't have the facility to recreate statements.
Needless to say the agent led me around In circles. The R15 lost is fine but I will not be using Hollywoodbets again.
In addition I used their Food delivery service today which advised that the driver delivered the food.. only for him to show up 1 hour later. Big disappointment today for Hollywood as a company. Done doing business or any sort of transactions with them
