Hollywood are ****** they are *****ing ouroney

Hollywood is terrible customer service . On the 6th of Feb i bought a voucher on Hollywood bet site . The voucher was cancelled by bank and i was told it will be in my account within 48/72hours. Up until today i am getting the run around from there agent telling me it was excalated to the relevant department.
