Hollywood *******

They say a Leopard never changes its spots; this is certainly true in this case. Had problems with Hollywoodbets in the past; never used them for years, until the last 12 months or so. Had a winning ticket, bet settled as a winner but the stake and winnings did not reflect on my balance. Made about 6-8 calls, each call well over 10 minutes. Went onto the chat portal about 10 times as well. Was promised feedback over 15 times but nothing has happened. If Hollywood is reading this, the ticket for the escalation is ***0. I have also setup an e-mail address: ***. If any other client has unresolved issued, please e-mail me, I am putting a dossier together and sending it to the gambling regulators. I also have inside information regarding their AML policies and procedures which aren't up to scratch. Will probably report them to the FIC as well if my issue isn't resolved today.
