I have been a punter on Hollywoodbets for over six months now, and finally won some cash and requested a withdrawal of the funds. That time I was requested to email my FICA documents for the withdrawal to be processed. This was on the 3rd of December, but yet on the 11th I was told they didn't receive my documents, which I sent in again. Then I received an email confirming my withdrawal, but it's the 16 and still no money is in my account. They claim I have sent them two different FNB bank accounts but I've always deposited using my one and only FNB account. Everyday I ask where my money is it's always the same story: please send your banking details again to prove the money was never deposited into your account. I have had it with this company and I made the decision once they pay me my money I am no longer using their services. Today I have called them and I was asked again to submit my details. It's an exhausting exercise cause now they want to claim that I have received the money, while they know very well they have processed the payment.
