Hollwoodbets is a ****!!!!!

I made a deposit on the 27/01/2024 using Capitec Pay, money went off my account but it was not credited on my Hollywood bets account. I reached out to the on Facebook, they told me to contact their chat team on their website. i contacted the chat team the wanted proof of payment i sent it and they said i must check back in 24-48hrs , when i did i was told my no feedback on my query. Till this day there is no feedback mind you no one has bothered to update me . i always follow up and the always tell me the same SH>>>T. Poor service on their side i even sent emails i have still not received my money.
