Holiwoodbets Covered up ******ing!

So I have contacted Hollywood bets now for 39 days after they s.t.o.l.e my money when I bought games for R100 and R95 and then again for R60 I never received my games but they have taken my money so I reported this on the days it happened I have sent them all information and screenshots this is what I received back from them.

So I have sent her an email showing my screenshot times and dates I also emailed her the conversations of exact day this happened and how it happened with the times and dates on the screenshots I have received the incomplete betting history of them not even all the games I have played that same day is under the correct day I have played on the 15th majestic king and joker wins which show's now under the 14th also on the 22dec I played Fruit party at 20:00 my betting history does not even show that also theirs a few other games I have played same days which also doesn't show on their that's how I saw the betting history isn't accurate and some of the games I played recently doesn't even show on the histories! Now this is 39 days now and holiwood bets doesn't assist and They do not care about this information I gave them they st.ole my money and doesn't want to give it back to me at all I have written emails live chated to them and called them number of times Still they do not care about giving me my money or free spins back it's not little money it's R255 they have taken and did not even give a dahm to try and get it back or refund me on it their information is either a cover up or their systems is *******! Like I said the betting histories is incomplete and doesn't even show all information nor the correct information boycott Hollywood bets as this will happen to you aswell and you will not get your funds back as they do not care or value their customers at all! This is a new way to ****** money and cover it up!
