Hi, I'm so aggrieved with the treatment I received from Hollywood bets

Hi, I'm so aggrieved with the treatment I received from Hollywood bets. They have a promotion for referrals and after referring 2 active clients I'm yet to see any kind of bonus... Nevertheless, that's the least of my worries with them. My brother signed up with them sometime last month and on the 25th I made a deposit for him from my bank account. Now I understand how they cannot credit his balance since it's a third party deposit and I probably should have thought that it would cause an discrepancy. Now I'm running after them as if I'm asking for a loan just to get them to either send it back to my bank account or to credit my account instead of my brothers. What's even worse is that they do not even respond to my countless emails, now the amount in question is not much, but it's about the principle. As a large organisation that has so many clients, I would have thought they practice good business ethics but clearly not. They have shown this in failing to reward (not 1 but 2 of the clients I have referred) and now with the lack of regard for my money and my customer satisfaction. I would accept any kind of response really, even if they would say its not doable and I've lost the money, but the way each person that received the chain of emails I've been sending couldn't be bothered with responding. It has gone as far as I get ignored even on their live chat... I might be stupid but I certainly know that's not how you show client appreciation.
