Help in withdrawal of money from Hollywood bet account

My husband won money from Hollywood bet on the 4th may 2020. The amount of R550 he mistakenly take the money from his savings account to Hollywood bet on Saturday the5th h won R7500 when h try to withdraw the money account was blocked & He followed all the necessary steps to withdraw the money & was sent the message to send the fica documents which he send them ,they rep**** that proof of adress not clear h must resend it again which h did until today the money still not released & the account is blocked. Theres is R7837.86 in his Hollywood bet account. He hv tried all the revenues but its null & void pls help him
