On the 21 November 2017 i placed a bet at about 1327pm on line (Acc no 755842). Among the teams i bet was a game between Maroons Fc and Mbarara Fc of Uganda and i bet H/D Under 4.5 on this game. The two teams played nil to nil and as a matter of fact i have won because of the odds i bet on this game, however, Hollywood recorded a loss on this game. I have since called them (airtime used is more than the amount i played with) and sent numerous emails, the staff cant seem to know what they should do. One male service agent even dropped the phone on my ears, damn, the other female agents i spoke to transfered my calls to an endless list and the transfer of calls would repeat over and over and over. was even wondering if there is an ombudsmen for this? After i get what is due to me i re-locate to Bet.co.za i have been a faithful customer here and this is the thnx.
