Hell of Hollywood bets

They use delay tactics to withhold people's money, it's been 2 weeks trying to withdraw money and i am taken from pillar to post. They require an ID and proof of residence and take more than 48hours to reply to that. Then they request a selfie of yourself holding your ID, take 72 hours to respond to that. They then require you to be verified, by calling you to confirm that it's you and that takes another 72 hours. It's quite ridiculous that our money is withheld from us. Utter nonsense
