Havent received my ewallet since 21 September 2022

Its 7 October 2022 today. I still havent received my payout from hollywoodbets, since 21 September 2022. I should probably make peace that they have taken my R500. The worst customer service I have experienced thus far. Will never recommend hollywoodbets to anyone. You wont receive your payout, other gamling plaforms are so much better
