Have not received my eft refund from 25/02/2025

I did a eft to my Hollywood bets account on 25/02/2025 in error as I had self excluded from Hollywood bets, I sent them 62 emails to date to get a refund and they said they auditing the account. I called standard bank to recall the eft as per Hollywood bets request and then Hollywood contacted me and said they will refund and that was on Monday and they was no refund done,and today they said they are actively processing the refund, and still no refunds as yet. Please get to me asap as it's been more than two weeks and still no refund has been done or give me a turn around time if bulk payments are been made for audited accounts.
