Great service received from Siyabonga !!

Absolutely great service received tonight from Siyabonga Hlatshwayo and the lady who called me to advise the query had been resolved. To sum it up, i made a deposit with my card, it approved and money went off but never reflected on my account. Siyabonga was swift in response and quickly escalated the problem. Thank you for the great service, aswell as the lady who called me to advise its been resolved in just 3hours. You guys are assets to the company and make our experience as clients a plesure.
