**** glitches to **** players

Hollywood bets are purposefully throttling client bets in the aviator games. Claiming it's "internet issues" .. bull****. I work in IT and run a successful engineering team myself. Some of whom come from companies like betway and kingmakers, so I know the exact work the devs are doing behind the scenes. But they need to cap the winnings or else they lose their profit.

So called "Stage Timed Out" error. Bull****, it's their throttling and it cost me upwards of 30K today. Now what?

Customer service is beyond F*kn useless. Just spoke to Nondumiso Gumede, S'bongile Zungu & Siphokazi Majola - all just lying to me. Not even giving me ticket numbers for issue that I raise and then they just run away from the chat and make me go to another consultant where I have to repeat the same **** everyday. Asked all 3 of them to pass me to their team leader also and they just ignore the message everytime. Asked 1 of the consultants to pass me to team leader 4 separate times and still just ignore it.

Literally worst customer service bunch of idiots I've ever had the displeasure of working with

For anyone interested in how much I know about the backend, I'm happy to explain, this is legitimately *****ing from us by creating **** so called "glitches" in the game and using it to ***** money. I'll be headed to the National Gambling Board with my logs about this.
