Garbage customer service

They debited money on my capitec bank using immediate capitec pay, but they are refusing to credit money on my betting account. This immediate payment transaction, however they are making an excuse that the money does not reflect in hollywood's accounts, although this was immediate payment. This is very garage customer service. Please you can do better.
