Gambling site that can't pay Customers

I made withdrawals on Thursday night and did not get paid out on Friday. When I enquired, I was advised that Hollywood had a back log of payments since the Easter weekend and that the banks were jamming. What I find concerning is how can a reputable operation have a back log on gambling payouts, it makes no sense. We as punters deposit money through the same banks that are supposedly jamming and the funds to gamble are made available immediately, but when you win, you can't get your winnings the next day. The frustrating part is the lack of communication to manage customers expectation,I had to make the call at my cost which leaves me further out of pocket. You can't have a world class online betting capability, if your processe and capacity are not word class. I'm really dissapointed and seriously considering closing my account. I would like to understand why Hollywood is beginning to become so unprofessional. Acc no: 5106.
