HB is a ruthless site whose target market is the below R2 bet players. Clearly they can't afford to payout on any bet above that hence the infrequent features or decent combinations. They pre program how much they will allow you to 'win' which is only ever between 300 - 500 or in rare cases maybe 1000 rand. Of which once you withdraw they will take triple that back. There is nothing random here, its all controlled. They have no RTP policies in place and they dont give a dam if you write negative reviews nor approach the gambling boards as they know quite well that nothing will come of it, as both entities benefit from taking your money.
