Forcing consumers to place a bet and refusing to return balance If I could rate them below 1 star I would. I have repeatedly , over 10 times, instructed them to close my betting account and to return my deposit balance. They refuse to do so and expect me to bet 55% of my deposit. This is basically forcing me to place a bet when I don't want to and is not an ethical gambling practice in circumstances where their own terms and conditions permits the termination of a betting account and the return of any balance funds to the account holder. Their support team is a joke and they don't bother to read information previously provided. As a result they repeatedly request the same personal information. Next step is reporting this to the relevant authorities.

13 Jul 2024, 17:43Your customer service management team is of no help- I was already told this was escalated to management a week ago and NOTHING HAS PROGRESSED!! My bank cannot reverse the transaction and they told me that Hollywoodbets has previously reversed deposits for other bank clients. I want my deposit of 30k returned to me.
Clause 6 of Hollywoodbets terms and conditions "Bonus funds" must be turned over at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or greater - not my total deposit. Its only bonus funds that must be turned over. The same section also states "You are able to withdraw any funds displaying in your ''Available Wallet''" - meaning my deposit of 30k excluding the bonus can and should be withdrawn. BUT YOU ARE NOT PERMITTING ME TO WITHDRAW!
Clause 7 states that "Where a permanent self-exclusion request is received, any and all funds in the account will be returned to you and the account will be closed." - this means that since I've demanded permanent self exclusion you must return the funds in my account. Hollywoodbets is in breach of these terms. BUT YOU ARE REFUSING TO ACTION THE TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND RETURN OF MY BALANCE!!
Clause 19.1 of your terms and conditions states that Hollywoodbets will return the balance when the account is closed. - WHY ARE YOU ACTIONING THIS ??
