On the 04 May 2024, I deposited R200.00 at about 12h00 into my Hollywoodbets account however I lost that.

At around 16h20 I deposited another R200.00 and had won some money on Book of Tribes and made about R2100.00, I than continued playing and was at about R1670.00 when the game reset itself and only my R200.00 was on the balance.

There is no trace of the transactions or winning on the betting history, It's as if those transactions don't exist.

This is ********* & the public needs to be made aware of such dishonesty.

I have spoken ti their contact center on 2 occasions & a manger ( Kensi ) took down my details to call me back I am still waiting.
