Fustrated! My deposit not reflecting on account, No one is helping me

Hi I have tried to call Hollywood bets regarding my deposit made from my capitec account to my hollywood bets account. Whenever I call, I am left waiting on the call list till my airtime runs out. I have sent emails to their support email account, with no response. I have reached out on FB, no response there either and I have DM'd them on Instagram, no response there aswell. Please can I get assistance on the following deposits, -Deposit from my capitec mobile banking app - Date 21/03/2023 - WD*** -My account number ***4

Please can someone call me to explain what is happening with this deposit. It doesnt not reflect on my hollywood bet account for the last 2 days now. Is there a techinical error? Why has nothing been communicated to me? Please I need urgent assistance
