Furious about banking problems with Hollywood.

I am not impressed with Hollywood bets, I deposited R600 on the 11th of this month it never showed in my account, this morning I deposited R1900 odd still not showing in my account, but sms says money is off my account, I am very angry, as the R600 is still not solved, after waiting half and hour to speak to somebody and all the emails sent, I was told to go to ABSA bank and reverse transaction, ABSA says they cannot do that now from R600 I have a problem of R2500 odd, I just want my money back or showing in my account, if Hollywood cannot keep up with how things are working with latest apps ect, they must stick to voucher deposits!
