Funds vanishing

I logged out having R1600 in my hollywoodbets account and when I log in the following day all my money has disappeared and what surprised me is that the account kept saying the pin I was entering was incorrect..I reseted the pin using an email address and a new pin was sent about half an hour later,when I log in thats when I saw triple zeros on my balance...I really wanna know what happened because I dont remember shearing my pin with someone else
