Funds rejected by withdrawal and not added into my hollywoodbets account
Hi Hollywoodbets
I been failing to get a hold of your team and my airtime is just getting finished on the 25th i did a withdrawal R2000 paid out R500 paid out and another R500 unpaid ewallet fnb (the second R500 i received an sms (Hollywoodbets R500 Withdrawal Rejection : Withdrawal Within 15 Seconds Not Permitted) i did not receive the R500 back into my hollywoodbets account till date. Immediately after seeing the sms. I went onto my account to check my history it states no games played on the 25th i check for a statement it says failed please what's going on can someone please assist here with kindly resolving the issue on hand thank you kindly
