Funds not credited

Imagine making a deposit on 04/12/2024 and never credited .when you follow up you are told about 48 hours which you gladly wait .fast forward today is the 10th of December 6 days later and still no credit of your own money. Each day you are told to wait 24 hours You then get agents that are not trained to deal with clients who acts like robot and have no people's skills like Thobile Mtshali(Refference Number ***8) who keep repeating wait 24 hours even after explaining u have waited numerous times .
