Funds not credited

I made a deposit and the money was deducted from my bank account but still not credited. I was told that it would reflect within 24hours on the longest. Its been 3 days and still nothing. Every time you want to chat to a consultant you need to wait 2-3hours just for them to tell you that they have escalated it to the deposit department. This is unacceptable. I want my money to be credited or paid back to me.
