Funds Not Coming Through

My friend has requested a payout several times but it has been taking a considerably long time for it to come through. The transactions have also been reversed and various withdrawal methods have been tried but nothing has come through yet. This is a huge inconvenience and needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
